  • When will my orders be shipped?

    We will process and ship your orders as best as we can in 3-5 business days. AKASSA is a passion project for our team, but we promise to do our best to fulfill orders as fast as we can on top of our day jobs. Thanks for your patience!

  • What if I want to buy multiple boxes but ship them to various places?

    Please place separate orders for each final destination of your package/order.

  • Can I add items to a curated box?

    Curated boxes are built and sent as is since every box has been chosen with specific goods to design a unique experience. Anything you purchase a la carte will be shipped as part of the same order.

  • What portion of my order is getting donated to AMHC?

    100% of all our profits will be donated to AMHC. Profit will be calculated based on the retail price of items subtracting taxes, packaging costs, and the base costs for each item. With this in mind, we’re aiming to raise $2,000 for charity and raise awareness for mental health within the AAPI community.

  • Will my order arrive before Christmas?

    We are doing our best to work with USPS’s slow schedule this year. We are closing our orders on November 30th to make sure that we have enough time to ship out all orders in advance of Christmas.

  • I don’t want to buy any items, can I still donate?

    We are only accepting donations through purchase due to backend logistics, but thank you so much for thinking of us! If you’re looking to donate, we encourage you to visit the Asian Mental Health Collective website and donate directly to them here.

  • The item I want is sold out / only sold in curated boxes, can I still order one?

    If the item you want is no longer available, we recommend following the specific artist’s page or contacting them directly. You can find a list of all the participating artists here.

  • I never got my order - help!

    We are sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet. Please reach out to us via our contact page with your email address and order number, and we’ll help make it right.
