Call for vendors are currently open for our first event of the year! We’re looking for makers to join us at Whimsy Pasadena where we’ll be kicking off Lunar New Year on Saturday, January 31st.

We prioritize featuring AAPI or women-owned small businesses, but anyone can apply to our markets.

Participating vendors are encouraged to submit a charity organization suggestion that they would like to support for this event.

To keep each market diverse, vendors are approved first come, first served, with care to limit category overlap.

Available Spaces

We have limited spots available for this event. There are two space sizes being offered. Please read carefully below for more details:

Maker Booth ($100 + Charity Pledge %)

6ft table space. Best for makers with larger inventory or established market displays. Your vendor space will roughly be 6ft x 6ft.

Emerging Makers Table ($75 + Charity Pledge %)

4ft table space. These spaces will be smaller and are best for makers who are just starting out with vending, have less inventory, or smaller setups.

Spaces can be shared. If you plan to share a table, please indicate the business name of the maker you will be sharing with. Note: Because of the smaller space size, we do not recommend sharing Emerging Makers Tables.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your vendor fee includes a designated vending space, as well as pre-event marketing promotion through digital publications, social media, and in-person flyers. Vendor fees also help us meet venue requirements and manage event logistics.

  • You will need to bring your own tables and chairs for this event.

  • Once your application has been submitted it’ll take our team about a week to review the information provided. A team member will follow up with your acceptance update and ask any additional questions we might have regarding your application.
